Surgical Tech Location: Atlanta, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,613 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 16 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Operating Room Surgical Technologist Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: OR Tech / Surgical Tech Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 4 years of Operating Room experience prior to travel License: GA or Compact license required Certifications: Required certifications Must-Have: - Neurology experience - Transplant experience - General Surgery experience - GYN experience - Orthopedic experience Description: SENSITIVE UNIT: All candidates must ensure familiarity with unit/job details. HARD STOP: A minimum of 4 years of Operating Room experience is required prior to travel. Specific experience in Neurology, Transplant, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedic is mandatory. There will be no holiday requests for time off approved. Blackout dates include specific periods during November and December. Service lines include a variety of surgical specialties, including bariatrics, urology, neurology, ENT, oral, plastics, transplant, ophthalmology, general surgery, GYN, and orthopedics. Weekend shifts will be required every other weekend. Call requirements will be variable and discussed during the interview. Travelers may float within the facility and to outpatient services as needed. The unit will accept first-time travelers with the prerequisite experience. Candidates will undergo a clinical screening for fit per facility guidelines. Full compliance is necessary to start on time; delays beyond compliance result in pushbacks due to orientation schedules. All references must be managerial or higher and submitted during the process. Candidates should be flexible with other locations and shifts. Holiday time off is restricted, especially if major holidays occur during the assignment period. Mandatory pre-application fees may apply for specific roles. Candidates must be ready to submit core items promptly to ensure an on-time start. Return travelers need to have completed a successful assignment outside the company prior to rebooking.
