Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Float for a travel nursing job in Douglasville, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Float - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Inpatient /n/n Job Details: /n • Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM /n• Must be open to working various days of the week /n• Every other weekend schedule required /n• Minimum 1 major and 1 minor holiday coverage required /n• No on-call requirements /n• Previous Level II or higher NICU experience with 2 years required /n• Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred /n• Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS (Basic Life Support or equivalent), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program or equivalent) /n• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (Bachelor's preferred) /n• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation /n• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics /n• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care /n• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and shared governance activities /n• Complete all mandatory education and professional competency assessments /n• Must possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to function in fast-paced environment, excellent time management skills, and critical thinking abilities /n• Must be able to read, write, and speak English with basic computer skills /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates as part of a comprehensive health system that emphasizes evidence-based practice and research.
