Provide high-quality nursing care in compliance with nursing standards and federal, state, and local regulations. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending healthcare provider. Monitor and document patient progress and respond to any changes in patient condition promptly. Educate patients and their families on treatment regimes, disease prevention, and health maintenance. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Compassion and patience in dealing with patients and families Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
