Job Description:

is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our

the field of correctional healthcare. Assess, plan, and implement
nursing care plans in a correctional facility setting. Administer
medications, track dosages and document all patient interactions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient
care. Monitor patient health issues and prepare reports for
physicians and facility administration. Ensure compliance with all
health care regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Strong clinical skills in disease management and health promotion.
Proficient in managing multiple health care needs in a high-stress
environment. Excellent organizational, communication, and
decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part
of a team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Must hold an active LPN license; BLS certification
required.
