Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare
team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to
patients of all ages in a fast-pace clinic setting. This role
requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent clinical
skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other
healthcare professionals. As a Family Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant at Murfreesboro Family Medicine, you will play
a crucial role in providing exceptional medical care to patients of
all ages with a wide variety of acute and chronic medical
conditions. Working collaboratively with a team of healthcare
professionals, you will diagnose, treat, and educate patients while
ensuring the highest standard of care and service. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine
the appropriate course of treatment. Manage acute illnesses and
injuries in patients, including toddlers and adults. Document
patient interactions accurately in medical records using ICD-10
coding. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare
professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain a
clean and organized medical office environment while adhering to
safety protocols. Provide education and support to patients and
their families regarding health management and preventive care.
Respond effectively to emergencies and provide immediate care as
required. Requirements Completion of Master's or Doctorate Nurse
Practioner or Physician Assistant New graduates encouraged to
apply. Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation
of diagnoses. Excellent communication skills with the ability to
interact effectively with patients of all ages, including newborns
and toddlers. Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
is advantageous. ECW experience preferred. A commitment to
providing compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.
