Must-Have: Experience in a Special Care Nursery Description: The
Special Care Nursery is a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
It provides care for neonates with medical and/or surgical
problems. Admissions are limited to infants born within the
facility. Requests for admissions and direct transfers from other
facilities will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Patients may
be admitted based on clinical assessment. The unit is equipped with
an ophthalmic imaging system, cardiac monitors, warmer beds, and
