provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 32-bed acute care
surgical unit serving adult and older adult populations with 1:5
nurse-to-patient ratio Highlights: Specialty surgical unit focused
on geriatric and adult acute care excellence Diverse case mix
including trauma patients, specialty drips, and post-surgical care
EPIC electronic medical records system Collaborative environment
with access to physical therapy equipment and specialized geriatric
resources Opportunity to work with evidence-based geriatric care
protocols Requirements: Active RN license in Georgia (or eligible
for compact/endorsement) Documented medical/surgical and telemetry
experience required Current BLS and ACLS certifications Experience
with acute medication administration including heparin drips
Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or NICHE (Nurses Improving Care
for Healthsystem Elders) training preferred Competency with gait
