TriStar Centennial Medical Center, a leading healthcare facility in Nashville, Tennessee, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Night Shift Radiology Tech to join our dynamic radiology department. As a Night Shift Radiology Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services crucial for patient care. Perform diagnostic imaging procedures according to department protocols, safety standards, and physician orders. Ensure the comfort and safety of patients during radiologic examinations. Adjust and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring that all equipment functions properly. Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Manage time and prioritize tasks to maintain efficiency during night shifts. Record and maintain accurate patient records for all procedures performed. Implement radiation safety measures to minimize exposure to patient and staff. Proficiency with various types of imaging equipment including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. Strong understanding of radiation safety and protection principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of Tennessee.
