Job Description:
TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center, a leading healthcare
provider in Nashville, TN, is seeking a dedicated Weekend CT Tech
to join our Imaging Department. This role is crucial for performing
diagnostic Computerized Tomography (CT) scans while ensuring
patient comfort and safety. Our facility is renowned for its
high-quality services in emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics,
and rehabilitation, and we pride ourselves on delivering
compassionate care. The CT Tech will work weekends and must be
committed to upholding the center's standards of excellence in all
imaging procedures. Operate CT equipment to produce images of the
highest quality for diagnostic purposes. Monitor patient safety and
comfort, and provide them with necessary care before, during, and
after procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to
privacy regulations. Collaborate with radiologists and other
healthcare team members to determine the best procedural plans.
Manage the scheduling and timely execution of CT scans. Perform
routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot CT equipment issues.
Proficiency in CT technology Strong analytical and technical skills
Excellent patient management skills Effective communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make quick
decisions in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental
