TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Gyn Oncology Infusion Nurse to join our esteemed oncology department in Nashville, Tennessee. In this vital role, the nurse will be responsible for administering chemotherapy and managing the care of patients with gynecological cancers. This position requires expertise in oncology nursing, exceptional patient care skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate support during challenging times. Administer chemotherapy and other medications to patients as prescribed by oncologists. Monitor patient responses to treatments and manage side effects or complications. Maintain accurate patient records and communicate treatment progress to the oncology team. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and expected outcomes. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment adjustments. Proficiency in chemotherapy administration Strong interpersonal and communication skills High attention to detail and precision Ability to manage time effectively and make knowledgeable decisions under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license Certification in Chemotherapy Administration Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential is preferred
