In this role, you will work directly with patients recovering from serious injuries and illnesses, participating in a healing process that prioritizes holistic, patient-centered care. Assess patient conditions and plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Administer medications and maintain detailed documentation of patient care services and outcomes. Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and post-treatment healthcare needs. Participate in training sessions and collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance service delivery. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team Proficient in maintaining accurate healthcare documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
