Job Description:

cardiology, orthopedics, advanced diagnostics, birthing center, and
surgical services, is seeking a dedicated Intensive Care Nurse to
join our skilled healthcare team. In this critical role, you will
provide direct and specialized care for patients in the intensive
care unit, working closely with patients who are in critical
condition and need round-the-clock monitoring. This position
requires a compassionate professional who thrives in dynamic,
high-pressure environments and is committed to the highest
standards of patient care. Assessing patient conditions and
administering necessary care. Maintaining patient documentation to
ensure accuracy and timely information. Collaborating with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams to maximize patient outcomes.
Educating patients and families on management of illness and
treatment plans. Administering medications and continuously
monitoring patient response. Adhering to all safety guidelines and
standards of nursing care. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Patient condition monitoring Critical decision-making skills Strong
communication and empathy Proficiency with medical software and
electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in
Tennessee Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN)
