across various departments. Supervise and mentor nursing and

initiatives. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to
optimize patient treatment plans. Manage patient records and
documentation. Facilitate training and development programs for
staff. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using
healthcare information systems. Ability to work effectively within
an interdisciplinary team. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and
safety standards. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of Tennessee. BLS/ACLS certified.
