Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center, located in the heart of
Nashville, Tennessee, seeks a dedicated and skillful Acute Care
Resource Pool Nurse to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal
for maintaining high standards of care and flexibility at our
facility, providing support across various departments including
emergency, cardiology, and oncology. As a valued member of our
team, you will adapt to different clinical environments, ensuring
the delivery of exceptional care to patients under varying
conditions while upholding our commitment to safety and excellence.
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of
departments according to their needs. Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare
team. Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a
timely manner. Monitor patient's condition and report changes to
the appropriate team members. Maintain a safe, comfortable, and
therapeutic environment for patients and their families. Educate
patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and
medications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Support and adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety
guidelines. Strong clinical skills in a variety of care settings.
Exceptional ability to adapt to new environments and teams.
Proficiency in managing multiple patient care priorities. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Critical thinking and
problem-solving abilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
licensure in the state of Tennessee or compact state. Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) certification preferred.
