As an ER Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, urgent medical care to patients in fast-paced and dynamic situations. This role demands excellence in clinical skills, an ability to work under intense pressure, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Provide immediate medical attention to emergency care patients with various injuries or illnesses. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administrate medications, track vital signs, perform diagnostics tests, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal patient care. Educate patients and their families on illness prevention and treatment plans. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Strong ability to operate under pressure in emergency room settings. Proficient in using medical equipment for emergency and diagnostic purposes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Capable of quick decision-making and staying calm under pressure. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is preferred.
