Job Description:
TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center, a distinguished healthcare
provider in Smyrna, TN, seeks a dedicated Resource Pool Nurse to
join our team. This position offers the unique opportunity to work
across multiple specialized departments such as emergency care,
cardiology, orthopedics, the birthing center, and surgical
services. The ideal candidate will possess a dynamic set of nursing
skills capable of adapting to the diverse needs of each department,
maintaining high standards of patient care, and participating
actively in our commitment to community health improvement. Provide
comprehensive nursing care across various departments, adjusting
methods and practices to reflect differing patient needs and
departmental goals. Participate in cross-functional medical teams
to discuss continuing patient care plans and improvements in
hospital services. Maintain high levels of patient care and
compliance with health and safety standards. Monitor and record
patient’s condition and document provided care services. Facilitate
patient communication and educate them regarding treatment plans.
Exceptional clinical skills across a range of nursing specialties.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
work effectively in a team. Ability to adapt rapidly to varying
departmental requirements and patient needs. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee or compact
state licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association
or equivalent are mandatory.
