Job Description:
HCA Healthcare, a leader in medical services, is seeking an
Inpatient Rehab RN dedicated to the recovery and rehabilitation of
our patients following acute illness or injury. The Inpatient Rehab
RN will play a crucial role at our state-of-the-art facilities,
joining a team committed to delivering comprehensive, high-quality
care that fulfills our mission to improve human life. This role
requires a deep understanding of nursing processes, patient care
planning and execution, and a heart for service within a
fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Assess patient conditions
and nursing needs, developing appropriate patient care plans.
Administer medications, monitor rehab activities, and document
patient progress. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
ensure optimization of patient recovery. Educate patients and their
families on injury, recovery processes, and wellness management.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to planning
and practices to enhance our service standards. Strong clinical
skills in a healthcare setting Proficiency in electronic health
record systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong observational skills Ability to handle
stress and emotional demands Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse
license Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
