Practice Details Join a team of 5 gastroenterologists supported by 4 APRNs and experienced clinical staff Single-hospital system with a clinic conveniently located nearby New endoscopy suites opening soon with updated technology Olympus endoscopy systems and access to advanced surgical robotics Schedule Weekly split of 3 procedure days and 2 clinic days Inpatient rounding supported by a Nurse Practitioner Light call with one weekday per week and one weekend per month Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary of $650,000 with RVU bonus structure Additional support options, including training stipends, mortgage assistance, and loan forgiveness Full benefits package with health, dental, vision, disability, and employer-matched retirement Six weeks PTO, including vacation and CME, plus an annual CME allowance Candidate Requirements Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology Comfortable in a collaborative, team-based practice environment Interest in long-term practice stability and patient-centered care About Cookeville, Tennessee Cookeville offers affordable living and a welcoming community atmosphere with a vibrant downtown scene.
