Responsibilities Our organization is in search of a licensed Full-Time Occupational Therapist to become a part of our vibrant rehab team at Stonecroft and The Landings of Mills River , both of which are innovative Senior Living Communities situated in Flat Rock and Mills River, NC . Setting: Senior Living Schedule: Monday to Friday - No Holidays or Weekends! Qualifications Job Summary The Occupational Therapist (OT) will deliver a comprehensive range of occupational therapy services, which include assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within a collaborative environment, adhering to professional practices and ethical standards. Licenses and Certifications Must possess and maintain a current, valid state OT license or registration. Current CPR certification is preferred. Qualifications Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Experience: 0-1 years. Roles and Responsibilities Perform assessments and create personalized treatment plans for patients. Execute therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' functional capabilities. Provide education to patients and their families on strategies for daily living activities. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care. Undertake additional duties as assigned. rehab
