What Makes This Opportunity Unique? - 2.5 Clinic Days 1 Surgery Day Weekly — Focus on patient-centered outpatient care and in-office or hospital-based gynecologic surgeries. - 6–7 Structured 24-Hour Call Shifts Per Month — Serve as part of our collaborative laborist model, supporting our in-house Certified Nurse Midwives and managing gynecologic emergencies. - Predictable Time Off — Our model is structured to ensure ample personal time each month, promoting a sustainable and rewarding work-life balance. - Collaborative Team Environment — Join a supportive care team where physicians, midwives, and staff work together for exceptional patient care. - Professional Growth Opportunities — Engage in continuous quality improvement and grow with a team that values learning and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered OB/GYN care across the lifespan. - Perform gynecologic surgeries in outpatient and hospital settings. - Participate in a supportive call schedule, with presence in the hospital as required. - Collaborate with our Certified Nurse Midwives and multidisciplinary care teams. - Foster excellent communication within the team and with patients. - Complete thorough and timely clinical documentation. - Contribute to Diana Health’s Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives. Qualifications: - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. - Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Patient-centered approach emphasizing shared decision-making. - Active DEA license. - Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Tennessee.
