Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Provide basic care to residents and assist them in daily activities - Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner. - Observe and reports to changes in residents' conditions. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements - Must have a valid CT C.N.A certification - Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
