Cardiology Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Tech Duration: 12 weeks
Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 2
years; first timers not accepted License: GA or Compact license
must be in hand at time of submission Certifications: BLS, ARRT-R,
NMTCB Must-Have: Proficient with Xceleris processing system, Fuji
Synapse 5 - PACS system, AtomLab960 Thyroid Probe/Well Counter,
Capintec CRC-55tR dose calibrator, Capintec CRC-15 Beta dose
calibrator, LudLum Model 14C survey meter, Bicron 2000 survey meter
Description: Minimum of 2 years of experience required. First
timers are not accepted. Patient population ranges from adolescents
to geriatrics. Full compliance is required to start on time.
Failure to be compliant in time may result in a push back of two
weeks due to orientation scheduling. Candidates will undergo a
clinical screen to determine clinical fit. If candidates pass the
clinical screen and meet guidelines, they will be sent to the
manager for final decision. Availability for holidays is required,
with expectations outlined for major holidays. Flexibility to other
locations, units, and shifts is preferred. References from two
supervisory roles are highly preferred at the time of submission.
Maximum requested time off is seven days. Holiday time off requests
are subject to approval. Travelers are expected to work during
major holidays as specified. Candidates must submit core items and
complete labs promptly to ensure an on-time start. Return travelers
must have completed one successful assignment outside prior to
rebooking.
