qualified Neonatal NP in Connecticut! About The Position We are
seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for a 5-day locum tenens
assignment in Connecticut. This opportunity begins on Sep 10, 2025,
and involves handling a range of neonatal conditions in a NICU
setting. The selected candidate will work three consecutive 12-hour
shifts from 7pm-7am, followed by a 24-hour shift, providing
critical care to infants experiencing various medical challenges.

LOA: 5 days - Provider Type Needed: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner -
Schedule: - Sep 10: 7pm-7am - Sep 11: 7pm-7am - Sep 12: 7pm-7am -
Sep 17: 7am-7am - Sep 18: 7pm-7am Responsibilities and Duties -
Attend vaginal and cesarean deliveries - Initial stabilization and
resuscitation of newborns - Manage cases including
prematurity-related complications, respiratory conditions, neonatal
infections, cardiac conditions, neurologic concerns, and
gastrointestinal issues - Perform airway and respiratory management
such as intubations, mechanical ventilation, and CPAP/NIPPV
management - Conduct vascular & access procedures, including
umbilical line placement and peripheral IV placement - Manage
emergent situations in the delivery room - Therapeutic hypothermia
initiation and management Additional Information - Required Board
Certifications: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP); Neonatology -
EMR System Usage: Epic - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a
similar role - Must hold a valid Drug Enforcement Administration
(DEA) certification - Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation
