Job Description:
A facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum
tenens coverage. The facility is located in Gadsden, Alabama. This
emergency department operates on 12-hour shifts with single MD
coverage and additional 12-hour daily PA/NP support. It sees an
annual volume of 21,000 patients and uses Epic EMR. Daily coverage
includes 24 MD hours and 12 NP hours, with MD shifts running from 7
AM7 PM and 7 PM7 AM. Board-certified or board-eligible physicians
in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine are
accepted. Dates Needed: May - 6+ months Case Load/PPD: 21,000
