The role involves leading a team of over 50 FTEs in a Level III Trauma Center. The director will ensure that nursing care is efficient and thorough, keeping staff updated with best practices and adhering to hospital guidelines. The position involves close collaboration with the CNO to maintain operational and clinical efficiency according to the hospital's standards and values.
