We are dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a nurturing environment.*Summary*We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team at Autumn Breeze Healthcare Center. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to our residents, contributing to their overall health and quality of life.*Responsibilities** Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.* Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.* Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.* Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update patient care plans.* Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.*Requirements** Current LPN license in the state of Georgia.* Strong knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety protocols.* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families* C-Ross Management is an equal opportunity employer.
