Joining our Healthcare team is becoming part of a diverse, inclusive and flexible working culture, presenting great opportunities for personal development and career advancement across the globe.Your role: -In this role you will schedule and coordinate the activities in charge to the assigned laboratory; assigne clear, challenging and value-added commitments to collaborators for the organization and for the professional experience of the collaborators; guide and involve the collaborators in the full pursuit of the commitments assigned through appropriate monitoring and supervision actions; promote the professional growth of collaborators through the continuous development of skills, abilities and the sharing of experiences and knowledge; support the Head of Unit/Department in the preparation of the annual budget, through the proposal of related investments and expenditure forecasts and in the control of the current expenses of the laboratory to which they belong; implement and promote consistent behavior and act as role model for corporate values; ensure adequate management of human and technological resources in line with what has been defined with the Head of Unit/Department; ensure that tasks and responsibilities are adequately defined and assigned within the organization in compliance with the professionalism and seniority of the people managed; support the Head of Unit/Department in overseeing the innovation processes of the technological platform for the processes under his responsibility; promptly report any deviations found to the direct superior and ensure their monitoring by proposing appropriate solutions in line with GMP; make decisions based on accurate data collection and analysis; ensure appropriate interaction with Q.A. for the management of deviations and critical issues, as well as with other corporate or Group functions; interact with other laboratories in the context of the internal customer/supplier relationship or for the acquisition/exchange of knowledgeWho are you:

• MSc or Ph.D. in Biology or Chemistry or equivalent
• Good knowledge of proteins and amino acids
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of the GMP regulations inherent to their activities
• Thorough knowledge of safety standards and related internal procedures
• In-depth knowledge of the softwares present in the laboratory to which they belong
• Adequate knowledge of Project Management methodologies
• Thorough knowledge of the Company's quality standards involving the Department
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• You know how to promote the professional development of collaborators through performance evaluation and continuous follow up of activities
• You are able to manage possible conflicts while maintaining motivation and commitment in the group
• You are able to promote the sharing of departmental and company commitments
• You have the ability to develop and motivate employees
• You can work in teams and on projects
