Ref ID: 617710Classification: Medical Customer Service RepCompensation: $13.70 to $15.86 hourlyWe are working with a large, Chattanooga-based organization to place 6 Member Contact Specialists into long term contract opportunities offering the potential to go full-time. These roles are ideal for anyone who has a CNA or CMA certification, a true compassion and genuine desire to help others. The responsibilities will be to support clinical teams and serve as a proactive resource for members by calling members and advising them of available benefits, services and programs. In addition, this role will follow up with members who have gaps in care and assist them with identifying providers then scheduling appointments. To be successful in this role, candidates must have strong organizational skills, previous health navigation experience is a huge plus, medical terminology, thrive in a fast-paced environment and has a high level of patience, particularly with the senior population. To be considered, candidates must have an associate degree in education, communication, or health related field (or equivalent work experience), a minimum of 2 years in a customer service support role and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
