Pediatrician Rome, GA (1 hr NW of Atlanta)
Compensation package: $275,000!
Sign on/ Relocation Bonus: $20,000
We are looking for a General Pediatrician to join our pediatric office full time in Rome, GA. The city of Rome is in NW Georgia at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, conveniently close to everything and just one-hour drive to Atlanta! Rome is a mid-size city with excellent Schools, low cost of living and is a safe community.
We are looking for a compassionate Pediatrician to join our pediatric outpatient group. We are 100% outpatient based with no ER visits. No hospital calls. No hospital rounds. No hospital work at all. We have an excellent Work-Life balance with a 5-day work week, 1:8 Back up, calls are first answered by dedicated RN staff, so the incoming physician is only back up. Very light! No stress. No risk or liability of doing on call for hospital.
The ideal candidate is interested in a long-term rewarding job, willing to work within our two offices (Rome and Trion) 5 days per week with 2 days in Rome and 3 days in Trion with a stable work schedule. This is a 5-day work week position (Mon-Friday) and 1 Saturday per month (9a-1pm).
We have a wonderful work environment, great job stability with long term contracts (if preferred), excellent support and close hands-on training for first several months for fresh graduates. Those with a fluency in medical Spanish will receive a one-time $2,500 differential!

We are a dedicated and experienced team of board-certified Pediatricians, midlevel providers, and support staff that shares the same passion and the same vision for providing high quality pediatric care to the area of Northeastern Georgia. We have been caring for the community since 2008, when we started our outpatient practice. We continue to grow our practice and now have 4 locations. We have an excellent team- Dedicated nursing staff for giving shots etc. so the Providers don't have to do give their own shots and a dedicated billing department so that providers don't have to do their own billing or entering charges etc. We offer easy access to a wide variety of Pediatrics subspecialists for referral.
Requirements:

  • 5-day work week (M-F)
    
  • Work just one Saturday per month (only from 9 am-1pm)
