  • Demonstrate the knowledge andskills necessary to provide appropriate care for patient populationsserved in his / her department.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of theprinciples of growth and development over the life span and possess theability to assess data reflective of the patient s requirements relativeto his / her age-specific needs.
  • Demonstrate knowledge toassess, plan, and evaluate care in coordination with the health care teamacross the continuum.
  • Assess patient s / family sability to learn and incorporate teaching throughout hospitalization andin preparation for discharge.
  • Deliver compassionate, holisticcare, while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients.
  • Knowledgeable / Supportive ofICU and Med-Surg Metrics. The 128-bed Parkridge East Hospital in EastRidge provides a full range of medical and surgical services, such asorthopedics and robotic surgery. Our 24/7 Emergency Department is recognized bythe Society of Chest Pain Centers as an Accredited Chest Pain Center. The Birth Place at Parkridge East offers acomfortable, private setting in which families welcome new additions. Our22-bassinet level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) offers comprehensivecare for babies born at less than 28 weeks gestation or with criticalillnesses.     Qualifications
    • Graduateof an Accredited School of Nursing
    • Licensure: Current TN RN or Compact State Licensein state of residence
