• EmployeeStock Purchase Program (ESPP)--About thisopportunity:--Parkridge Valley, a two-campus behavioral healthfacility with Parkridge Health System, has served the Chattanooga area for over40 years, providing expertise in treating a broad range of mental health andchemical dependency issues for all ages.--The Parkridge Child &Adolescent Campus is 127 bed facility that provides service for children andteens.-- Our services include short-term hospitalization for children andadolescents who require acute, structured short-term hospitalizations, and aresidential program for children who are having emotional or behavioralproblems and are not successful in their current environment of school or home,or for teens who have a failed history of acute inpatient hospitalization andoutpatient therapy.-- Valley Academy, accredited by the TennesseeDepartment of Education, serves both regular education and special educationstudents for our residential patients--This is a Full Time Night Shift Nurse--position at our--ParkridgeValley Child and Adolescent--location working with our Acute Children and Adolescent Program------JobDuties:
• You will oversee and direct the care of psychiatricpatients.
• You will be the primary nurse leading the collaboration ofall disciplines for well-coordinated care for your patients.
• You will demonstrate clinical knowledge of psychiatricnursing and maintains the highest quality of comprehensive patient care.
• You will display effective communication skills as evidencedby the ability to maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, families,physicians and staff.
• You must be able to set limits as needed by recognizingpotential behavior problems and does so in a caring and consistent manner.
• You must possess accurate knowledge of psycho-dynamics andtherapeutic processes as demonstrated by effective intervention and resolutionof problems as they occur, and communication of the processes to others-- ----HCAHealthcare has been continually named a World'sMost Ethical Company by Ethisphere since 2010.
