Job Description Job Description Demand Planner Position Description: The Demand Planner analyses historical customer ordering trends, current inventory, growth trends and sales data to forecast demand. The Demand Planner works with the warehouse, customers and sales team to develop ordering recommendations for each customer, ensuring enough inventory is available to support each customer's demand while reducing waste and excessive storage costs. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience in Supply Chain Analytics, advanced knowledge of data analytics tools, high quality standards and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain and improve demand forecast models using historical sales and shipment data Analyze trends, seasonality and customer patterns to improve forecast accuracy Monitor and react to real-time deviation from forecast and ensure product is ordered in time to prevent work stoppage and backorders Support warehouse inventory management and cycle count team Build dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making Required Skills, Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Analytics or related field Experience working in ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc.) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PowerQuery, Pivot Tables, Model development) Experience in logistics, distribution, retail or manufacturing preferred Location : Onsite – Lebanon, TN Schedule: Full Time (40 hours per week) - Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: Based on Experience Benefits: Paid Time Off, Health Insurance and 401(k) matching
