  • 3+ years of experience as a technical leader of frontend software engineering teams successfully delivering customer-driven products.
  • 8+ years of hands-on frontend software development experience and passion for cutting-edge technology.
  • Experience building metrics, dashboards, and frontend experiences for high-traffic, scalable applications.
  • Commitment to operational excellence with focus on quality, performance, and resiliency.
  • Proven leadership in managing UI development teams.
  • Experience with UI frameworks like React or Angular, unit testing frameworks, testing automation, Kafka, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience managing inclusive, high-performing teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, assertiveness, and high presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to grow team members and develop talent.
