President and General Manager US Vehicle PaymentsBuckhead, Atlanta, GA, USA Req #11604Monday, May 19, 2025What We NeedWe are seeking an accomplished President & GM to be part of the Senior Leadership team in our US Vehicle Payments business. In this role, you will report directly to the Group President of Vehicle Payments.How We WorkAs the President & GM of US Vehicle Payments, you will be expected to work in our Atlanta office. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:

• Assigned Workspace in our Buckhead office
• Formal, hands-on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesThe President & GM has overall responsibility for the vision and success of the business, including full P&L responsibility, setting and meeting growth targets, and increasing volume and retention. The role involves working in a matrixed environment with direct responsibility for product, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic growth, as well as indirect responsibility for sales and service.
  • Product: Create a clear vision for the product, including its long-term goals and target market.
  • Vision: Develop a long-term vision for the product, including goals and target markets.
  • Market & User Research: Analyze trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategy; conduct user research to understand pain points and gather feedback.
  • Features: Identify, prioritize, and develop product features based on customer needs and business objectives.
  • Roadmap: Create a product roadmap outlining milestones and development phases.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • UI: Collaborate with IT to build, maintain, and improve UI for both mobile and desktop platforms, ensuring ease of use.
  • Network: Ensure effective network utilization and explore monetization opportunities.
  • Pricing: Develop segmented pricing strategies to maximize revenue and retention.Budgeting & Forecasting
    • P&L: Responsible for full P&L, developing ideas for new revenue streams and cost efficiencies.
    • Forecast: Accurately predict revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
    • Strategic Growth: Generate and execute ideas for organic and inorganic growth, including new sales, partnerships, and cross-selling.Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
      • 5+ years' experience as a GM is strongly preferred; 10+ years in strategy or business leadership roles.
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment.
