• Manage Inventory & Compliance - Oversee inventory control, enforce company policies, and complete audits to minimize losses and keep the store running smoothly. -Working ConditionsYou will work in a vibrant, fast-paced retail environment with moderate noise levels, representing Spectrum's brand in a professional uniform. The role is physically demanding, requiring you to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
