HVAC District Sales Manager - Chattanooga, TN We are offering a rewarding opportunity for DAIKIN, Amana & Goodman HVAC sales professional to demonstrate their ability to prospect and sign new equipment dealers, grow the current dealer base and expand sales in our Chattanooga, TN Region. Employee Benefits that include: Health Insurance - Eligible within the 1st month Life Insurance Profit Sharing Retirement Plan Paid Vacation Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and grow business Responsible for prospecting, developing and closing new business Manages through completion the process of dealer conversion Partner with sales leadership to identify and evaluate market opportunities to establish and achieve annual sales objectives Monitors market trends in the territory; advises sales leadership of opportunities, threats, and related recommended actions The successful candidate will be working with a customer-focused approach, enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Demonstrate excellent communication and professionalism at all times. Candidates that will be considered must have: Minimum 3 - 5 years of HVAC sales or HVAC experience Bachelor's degree is preferred Highly confident and persuasive Strong work ethic and customer focus are required History of outstanding achievements and proven sales skills Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills Very adaptive, innovative, and results driven Proficient with smart phones, computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Associated Equipment Co, family owned and operated since 1955, is a wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment and supplies.
