Summary of Responsibilities Site Operations ManagerManages delivery of services and oversees all activities directly relating to onsite operations.JOB FUNCTIONS:--

• Evaluates ongoing projects' profitability and customer satisfaction
• Allocates resources including equipment and personnel based on forecast of customer demand and business needs
• Monitors and controls current resources to meet margin profit goals
• Identifies any potential new business opportunities
• Reviews projects for evidence that best practices are being implemented, applied effectively and understood at all levels
• Ensures ongoing training requirements are met
• Manages customers' demands and specifications
• Investigates and corrects any non-conformances
• Completes reports as required
• Ensure all safety and location policies are followed
• Ensures compliance with quality requirements throughout performance of duties
• All other duties and responsibilities as may be assignedCompensation:-- $65 - $68,000 Annually Qualifications Job Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Degree or equivalent experience
  • EV and SAP experience is considered a strong asset
  • Excellent organizational skills in order to establish, implement, control and revise projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in management and supervision of salaried and hourly personnel
  • Working knowledge of corporate budgeting and financial management processes
  • Experience in managing customer and employee relations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Available to work hours based on business needs
