Leveraging innovative solutions and technologies, we serve customers all over the world. ----ABOUT THE POSITIONResponsible to organize and drive large scale, cross functional process change(s) to achieve required levels of harmonization, regionally and globally across all major business processes, impacted by the Transformation Program by utilizing Oracle standard system capabilities. The position will resolve conflicts of interest between local needs and enterprise requirements. Position requires deep understanding of business processes (best practice) and in context of corporate strategy. -Working closely with IT Project Leader(s), the business leaders and value stream owners, s/he will ensure alignment and consistency in the deployment and execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs). -Candidate must have the ability to make sound decisions under consideration of time, quality, and financial impact. - -Key Activities & Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic program business direction
  • Develop the roadmap and ensure the alignment of deliverables for all stakeholders
  • Actively participates in program governance
  • Establishes global processes and tools across the company to support business needs across all functional groups
  • Support for the identification and agreement surrounding business metrics and the plans to achieve same
  • Support for Business Readiness, both process and people
  • Drive extension of Transformation Program globally - -To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:
    • This role requires global business process knowledge with expertise in setting strategy and executing extremely complex program schedules regionally and globally
    • Complex change management and associated negotiations with numerous constituencies is required - -
    • Organizes large cross functional projects with great success
    • Must have the ability to provide cross functional leadership
    • Strong interpersonal skills are needed; however, the need to drive change in the face of resistance predominates
    • Proven ability to win support through actions, communications, and persuasion
    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or similar. -15+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferred. - -Supervisor and Leadership Expectations
      • Provide Leadership and Guidance for Organization Change Management (OCM); The OCM Strategy supports the implementation of the new processes and systems by managing the people aspects of the Transformation Program
      • Drive the global business process leads and Site Business Project Leads to maximize the level of usage of standard Oracle configuration and the associated business process change to accommodate same; Determine and judge, in concert with the IT architecture function, the need for process deviation from "standard" at macro and detailed levels
      • Drive alignment process for all decisions with the respective Business Process Owners and their delegates to ensure acceptance and adaptation to new work methods
      • Provide final go live evaluation with all people and organizational related activities directly related to readiness for system Go Live. Supplements the project and Cutover plan by focusing on the people and organization aspects that must be in place in order for a successful Go Live
      • Business agreement to program schedules and major release functionality as agreed with IT
      • Build/maintain positive relationships with contacts internal to Astec while liaising/partnering with System Implementation Partner
      • Monitoring, development and execution of business strategy in conjunction with CIO
      • Regular communications created and delivered
      • Objectives set and met
      • Establishment and utilization of KPI's appropriate to the functions being served
