available. Responsible for consistently executing a Business
Process Management (BPM) strategy across the credit union.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, applying process
engineering principles to design and/or optimize--processes and
overall performance. Executes process improvement projects that
continuously improve member--and employee experiences and credit
union strategy. Identifies and manages existing and emerging
processing--risks that stem from business activities and ensures
risks associated with business activities are
effectively--identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
Follows risk and compliance policies, procedures and practices--for
financial institution activities. Essential
- Develops and leads BPM initiatives within fast-paced
environment, utilizing process expertise. Completes and/or leads
integrated process analyses, identifying procedural and
control--deficiencies, opportunities, and recommending solutions.
Oversees project management across--the organization reporting to
CEO and leadership as needed. Manages assigned complex--problems
involving multiple, possibly competing, business processes or
segments. Identifies--risks/ impacts/ opportunities and analyzes
situations or data that require an evaluation of--intangible
factors, conceptual thinking, and problem solving skills to provide
change--recommendations for improved member and staff
- Help leadership with meeting project deadlines and goals,
achieving process efficiencies for--employees and members, consult
with all levels of the organization to understand,
influence,--adapt analysis, and create alternatives for
consideration, drive results, and bring issues to--resolution, and
may coach teams in LEAN/Six Sigma or Enterprise Process
Engineering, process--and tools.
- Assist project managers with process & project definition
needs, including determining if all--business processes are
identified, are at the right level relative to BPM standards, and
facilitating--the documentation of the process--Collaborates with
the Learning & Development department regarding training related to
process--or project changes as applicable. What does it mean to
