Develop products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; and developing marketing strategies. Assist management with understanding the client and market landscape to identify and enhance product offerings and create a product deliverable road map. Lead the IT developments efforts via a disciplined execution methodology and guide the team with technical guidance and general problem solving. Assist management by interacting with customers to identify new products, acting as the customers? voice to ensure new products meet their expectations and succeed in the market. Manage the long-term product functionality road map. Participate with the development team in describing ideas in macro terms that emphasize big picture strategy and goals. Create acceptance criteria. 10% domestic travel.Minimum Requirements A Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Applicants must have demonstrated experience with:* Healthcare EDI transaction processing such as claims, claim status, eligibility, payments, and the lifecycle of a claim;* Revenue Cycle Management from claim submission to payment remittance;* Business Intelligence and Analytics and deriving insights from claim and payment data; and* Leading large-scale IT engagements such as leading and delivering on large projects as a project manager or delivery manager.Applicants must have three (3) years of demonstrated experience with:* Working on Business Intelligence projects utilizing Spotfire or Microsoft Power BI; and* Performing basic marketing research to understand markets and competition and define new products and roadmap to drive revenue.Applicants must have four (4) years of demonstrated experience with:* Product management performing market analysis, constructing product roadmaps, and managing product development;* Working in healthcare revenue cycle management to help drive the creation of new dental RCM and analytics products;* Project management, leveraging Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Excel;* Guiding UI / UX development and content creation; and* Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visio, and JIRA and Confluence for user stories and project artifacts.Education:A Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.35275200.1Join our team today where we are creating a better coordinated, increasingly collaborative, and more efficient healthcare system!
