career today. Job Description: Analyzes and designs sequence of
operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and
production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes
methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and
personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident
prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel
concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies
pertaining to project schedule control, cost control, cost
reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the
basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs
for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May
assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of
facilities. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in industrial
and systems engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related
engineering discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work
experience; master’s degree in industrial and systems engineering,
manufacturing engineering, or a related engineering discipline with
0 years of experience. Experience performing data analysis on
production, manufacturing or operational datasets. Experience
creating/presenting data visualizations, dashboards or reports
using Excel, Microsoft Project, Tableau, Power BI or other
visualization tools. Experience reviewing or supporting
manufacturing routings, process flows or workflow documentation.
Experience working with manufacturing data related to production
metrics such as manufacturing schedule performance, operator
efficiency, cycle time or throughput. Ability to obtain/maintain an
active DoD Secret Clearance. US Citizenship required Preferred
Qualifications: Experience with SAP and generating reports.
Experience with SQL for querying manufacturing databases.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power
BI Experience with statistical analysis and process capability
metrics Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
methodologies. Experience managing databases, data structures, data
governance. Primary Level Salary Range: $79,600.00 - $119,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however,
Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining
base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the
position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and
current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may
be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary
bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to
reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share
in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director
positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition,
Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health
insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan,
Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or
