we offer! Job Title: Power BI & Automation Engineer Job Location:
Tullahoma, TN Job Summary We are seeking a Power BI & Automation
Engineer to support mission-critical data operations at Arnold Air
Force Base. This role is designed for a technical professional who
can bridge the gap between complex engineering data and
executive-level decision-making. You will be responsible for
building interactive dashboards, engineering automated data
pipelines, and developing low-code applications to streamline base
operations. Must have an active and transferable DoD security
clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be
able to maintain the required clearance Required
Education/Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data
Analytics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Must be
a U.S. Citizen Candidate must be able to work on-site at Arnold AFB
as required by mission parameters Key Responsibilities Data
Visualization: Design and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards
that translate complex test and facility data into actionable
insights. Workflow Automation: Engineer end-to-end automated
workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual data entry and
streamline approval processes. App Development: Create custom Power
Apps (Canvas) to facilitate internal data collection and task
management for on-base teams. AI Implementation: Utilize AI Builder
and Copilot features to automate document processing and enhance
predictive data modeling. Coding & Logic: Write and optimize DAX
and Power Query (M) scripts; utilize SQL for data extraction from
enterprise databases. Technical Qualifications Experience: 1–2
years of hands-on experience within the Microsoft Power Platform.
Coding Knowledge: Solid proficiency in DAX, SQL, and M. Experience
with Python is a plus. Environment: Experience working within GCC
High / IL5 (Government Cloud) environments is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science,
