We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in industrial construction to join our team. Our projects are all over the United States and requires 100% travel to where the projects are. Key Responsibilities: Manage industrial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Monitor job site safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3 years of experience managing industrial construction projects (manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, etc.). Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling software. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
