Job Description:
Aramark is seeking an innovative and dedicated Energy Engineer
to join our team, focusing on optimizing energy systems across
various facilities we manage, including institutions, universities,
and hospitals. This role involves analyzing current energy systems,
designing and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and
sustainability, and ensuring compliance with environmental
standards. As an Energy Engineer at Aramark, you will leverage
technical expertise and creative thinking to reduce environmental
impact, enhance operational efficiency, and support our commitment
to providing outstanding service. Conduct energy audits and prepare
reports outlining energy usage and areas for improvement. Design,
develop, and manage projects to improve energy conservation and
reduce costs. Collaborate with facility managers to implement
energy-saving measures. Stay updated with the latest energy
technologies and regulations to ensure compliance and leverage new
opportunities. Measure and verify the effectiveness of installed
energy systems to ensure projected savings are achieved.
Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., EnergyPlus,
RETScreen). Strong understanding of HVAC systems, lighting design,
and other building systems. Ability to analyze data and create
detailed reports. Project management skills and ability to handle
multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and
collaboration skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Certified Energy Manager (CEM) preferred. LEED
Accredited Professional (LEED AP) is advantageous.
