Job Description Job Description Description: Bolton Heating, Air & Fireplaces in Sugar Hill, GA is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Service Technician to go into our clients' homes to troubleshoot, repair, perform annual maintenance, and recommend upgrades and add-ons for residential HVAC systems. Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field Knowledge of HVAC systems Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to operate equipment and power tools Physical ability to work in uncomfortable spaces Ability to pass a background check and drug test Must be personable and able to explain technical recommendations to clients Must be willing to adapt to company processes and procedures EPA Certification Prior experience as lead technician (otherwise please apply for apprentice position) NATE Certifications are favorable Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today Are you customer-oriented and able to easily build rapport? Do you have great communication skills including the ability to explain the features and benefits of our heating and cooling solutions?
