Analyze and improve warehouse layout and logistical processes using simulation models and other IE methods. Develop efficient, cost-effective solutions and innovations in logistics operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain solutions that enhance service levels. Lead and mentor teams on best practices in industrial engineering. Manage project timelines, providing reports and updates to senior management. Advanced knowledge in process improvement techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma Proficiency in statistical software and tools like AutoCAD or similar for layout designs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
