department and looking for a skilled TIG Welder / Fabricator who
excels with smaller precision parts, enjoys a repeatable process
done right, and wants to play a key role in producing high?quality
stainless steel components. This is a great fit for someone who
wants stability, respect for their craft, and opportunities to grow
their mechanical skillset. What You’ll Do Set up and operate TIG
welding equipment with precision—including purging, controlling
amperage/voltage, and selecting proper filler material Operate
orbital welding equipment to support high?accuracy welds Read and
interpret detailed blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Weld, fabricate, and inspect stainless steel and aluminum
components Handle parts of various sizes and weights (up to 50 lbs)
Support general shop tasks and contribute to continuous improvement
initiatives What You Bring 2 years of hands?on TIG welding
experience 2 years welding stainless steel 2 years experience
reading welding blueprints and technical drawings Solid mechanical
aptitude and comfort using hand tools Proven experience in welding,
fabrication, assembly, and quality inspection A detail?driven
mindset with pride in producing clean, repeatable welds Job Type &
Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison,
WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 -
$30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may
depend on your job classification and length of employment.
