Job Description:

The Engineer I, IT Application Support provides first line support to users of IT-managed business applications. Handle all issues in a timely manner and provide adequate support and communication with the users to resolve the issues. Work on cases logged and escalate issues internally and externally with vendor support on behalf of the user. Provide an administrative role making sure users have the correct access and providing help and support for both reports, data and non-development tasks within the applications.Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide first line support for all IT business applications
• Daily administrative tasks including creating users, data management and report building.
• Manage escalations of support requests to internal departments and external vendors.
• Provide support and training for the applications.
• Provide testing resource for projects such as upgrades and implementation.Job Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of previous experience in a customer-facing support role, internal or external.
  • A good knowledge of CRM and ERP systems including Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, Warehousing and Manufacturing
  • Data management
  • Building reportsBase Range: $52,600 - $72, 300 + Bonus Eligible
