Job Description:

Role: Manufacturing Domain Consultant Location: Chattanooga, TN (Onsite) / Omaha, NE (Onsite)Duration: Long TermJob Description: Work with business teams of client and define the product mappings and define engineering Bill of Materials, Routings and operations. Be able to work with Operations & Engineering teams in product optimization & standardization initiatives. Provide strong advisory and expertise to factories in improving the quality of products and overall business performance. Define tracking methodology for Operational efficiency parameters. Be able to define the overall production planning strategy from business perspective. Be able to optimize the product offerings and define configured product design concepts. Collaborate with cross functional leads within the client & Sunera teams to bring up the quality on data maintenance. Collaborate with extended implementation teams as a single POC from data mapping perspective and define goals and action items for the teams from change management perspective. Technical Skills: Manufacturing domain processes Shop Floor Exp.Key Responsibilities: Work with business functional teams of client and define the long-range product design strategies Identify the gaps in the current manufacturing processes and inefficiencies in the system and leverage best practices in Data mapping, Product data attributes definition, production operations and plannings and procurement/sourcing operations. Drive the business initiatives from transformation perspective. Stakeholder communication from change management perspective
