A school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available in the Chattanooga, TN area, supporting elementary, middle, and high schools. This contract position focuses on delivering behavior analysis services within a school setting, with a caseload of 10-12 students and supervision over 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Key Responsibilities: - Provide behavior assessment, intervention, and support services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. - Supervise and guide 1-2 RBTs to ensure effective service delivery and professional growth. - Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on best practices and data analysis. - Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes. - Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies. Qualifications: - Active BCBA licensure and National Board Certification are required. - Experience working in school settings preferred, with the ability to support a range of grade levels. - Strong supervisory skills to mentor and guide RBTs effectively. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work within multidisciplinary teams. - Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered care.
